The Nordic League require players to be at least 18 years old!

All teams must have at least 3 Nordic citizens on the team (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland). The 4th and 5th member can be a European citizen. (Max 2 subs on each lineup and in total (lineup and subs) the total number of Non-Nordic participants is still 2)

To qualify for being a Nordic citizen, you must have a Nordic bank account and passport. Exceptions to this must be approved by Ubisoft Nordic.

Using any account, other than your own main account, is under no circumstances allowed. If detected the player will be banned from the tournament and future tournaments as well.

If any of your accounts has previously been banned for cheating, you are considered in quarantine for 2 years from date of the ban.

Each player can only participate on one team during the entire tournament.

Participating teams in the LAN Finals must consist of at least 4 members from the team that qualified. Otherwise, the best placed team in the league not already qualified for LAN will be invited instead.

All matches will be played with 5 players per team, if you are 4 or less, you will receive an auto-loss regardless of any agreements you have made with opponents.

It is only allowed to substitute a player before the match starts. If the match is started (picking operator and spawn points) all 5 players of a team must play the game till the end. It is possible to switch players in a Bo3 between the maps. A team with less than 5 players will be disqualified.

You can substitute players before the start of each match.

Any form of toxicity and unprofessional behavior will be punished. Keep both Discord, Match lobby chats and in-game chat professional and clean.

Going against any of these rules can lead to permanent exclusion from the tournament and all future tournaments hosted by Ubisoft Nordic.

Please note that team captains should contact the opponent team, in order to invite them to the match. The team listed top of the match will be hosting the game.

At this point, please be advised to talk with the opponents and add each other on UPLAY, so you can invite each other in the game.

Use the Toornament lobby chat for map-voting unless the match is streamed, so the Admin can follow the pick and ban process. If the match is streamed, team captains will receive a link to map voting.
The match must start no later than shown in the Toornament Match Room. If an opponent team is not ready to play no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled time, the team that is active and has been present will receive an auto-win.

Players are responsible for their own hardware / PC / Setup. Matches will not be rescheduled because of technical issues or to substitute a player. If a team can’t play with 5 players, this will be resulted as forfeit.

Winning Team Captain will report their team’s score.

No Show - If a team is not ready to play 10 minutes after scheduled time, they should be reported as a no show to an admin on discord.

Spawn Peek - Yes, spawn peeking is allowed.

Ping Limit - The ping limit for a match is 100 ms. If a player is over this value, a re-host must be done. If the ping is still above the limit, the team must be reported to an admin on the discord.

Re-host - You as a player can ask for a re-host if
- Player can't move (unless it's done on purpose) - rehost in the first 30 seconds of the
action phase, if no players have taken damage
- Game mechanic not working as intended (shooting, reloading, moving, gadgets,
equipment, etc) - rehost up to the first 30 seconds of the action phase, no damage
taken by anyone
- Disconnect/hardware problem/software problem - rehost in the first 15 seconds of the
preparation phase
- Observer issue - rehost up to the first 30 seconds of the action phase, no damage taken
by anyone

If a re-hosting is needed, each player need to choose the same settings as they picked at the start of the round.

Max 2 re-host per map.

Macros - Macros are not allowed, and if discovered, it will lead to a permanent ban from the tournament and future tournaments.

Pause - If a player pauses a game, they must state the reason for the interruption by calling the admin on the discord and how long it will approximately take. The pause cannot be longer than 10 minutes.

Any actions in-game that result in an unfair advantage are illegal. This includes bug and glitch using of any kind. In a tournament using any bug, glitch or cheat will result in the team receiving a warning, and if it happens a second time, the team will be disqualified. To report a team for glitching / using bugs, take screenshots and call an admin immediately. Keep in mind that elevated pings do not count as an unfair advantage, unless it exceeds our maximum limit.

Cheating of any kind is not allowed in this or any of the tournaments hosted by Ubisoft.

Any person that has a standing cheating ban by Ubisoft for Rainbow Six: Siege is ineligible to participate. Same goes for ‘’boosted by cheater’’. If your issue is under investigation, sign up for the tournament once you have provided proof that the ban has been lifted and/or case has been closed in your favor, otherwise you will be automatically removed from the tournament.

MOnitor System Status (MOSS) is mandatory for all players to use for the full duration of all matches without exception. If a player cannot use MOnitor System Status (MOSS), then they are not allowed to take part in a match.

You will have to be able to provide the zip file, if so required by an admin, latest 30 mins after the original request.
All prize giving matches require all players to upload their MOSS within 30 mins after the match has ended.
All players must keep their MOSS files for 14 days.

Having issues downloading MOSS? Ask for help in our discord: http://www.discord.gg/UbisoftNordic
